If a permission is denied, the related feature may not work, but we will not use the denied permission.
We do not use camera, photo, face image, profile, learning, or device data for advertising profiling. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
6. Sharing Of Information
We may share information only in the following limited cases:

7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal and sensitive user data. These safeguards include access controls, authenticated sessions, protected passwords, server-side security practices, and encrypted transmission where supported by the deployment environment.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should keep their login credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
8. Data Retention
We retain user information for as long as the LMS account is active or as long as needed to provide learning services, maintain assessment and progress records, meet administrative requirements, resolve disputes, enforce policies, protect security, and comply with legal or audit obligations.
When data is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or restrict it according to operational, legal, and organizational retention requirements.
9. Account And Data Deletion
If your app account was created by your organization, administrator, or learning provider, you may request account deletion through the Triveni Health Care LMS Administrator or the organization that issued your account.
After a valid deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with the account, except where retention is required for legitimate purposes such as assessment records, certificates, legal compliance, audit, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or organizational reporting.

Triveni Health Care LMS is intended for authorized learners and organizational users. The app is not directed to children unless an authorized organization deploys it for users with appropriate consent and supervision as required by applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services And Links
The app may rely on third-party libraries, hosting providers, or service providers to deliver app functionality. These providers are used only to support the operation, security, and maintenance of the LMS. The app may also contain links to external resources; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
